I bought a h20 steam mop, paid extra postage but it took 4 weeks to arrive. Worked for 2 weeks then it stopped working with dangerous steam coming from the on button! I was given an address to return the faulty product for a replacement despite requesting a refund! I sent the product back recorded delivery and had an email informing me that they had received it and would arrange a replacement. Despite many unanswered emails I have no mop and no refund! Complete con artists!!
