We also bought a x5 h2o steam mop which took about three to four weeks to come and worked for a week then started to overheat halfway through cleaninig the floor approx 12 ft square did this a couple of times now does not work at all there was no delivery note with it so have no idea how to contact them has anybody got an email addreess or phone number for finchley lane?
