Charge noticed on credit charge on my bill for mytechelp.com. Not expected. Phoned the phone number, spoke with Laura in customer service who could not tell me who authorized the charge to my account, just that it came from Centurylink or DirecTV. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused saying "No, I will not get a manager." I repeated my request and she stated "You can ask 10 or 100 times, but I will keep giving you the same answer" Wow! Clearly this company has had so many complaints that the managers refuse to talk with customers. Hmmm... Bad business!!!
