I received a letter informing me that I was a winner of a " CONSUMER PROMOTION DRAW " worth $50,000.00. The letter included a check for $3,250.00 and that I was to use it to pay my tax payment of $1,920.00 to Mrs. Karen Evans at 9 Clendon Way, London for the " TAX CLEARANCE FEE " Because the draw was held in the United Kingdom.

The check was drawn on Citibank N.A.
One Penns Way, New Castle, DE 19720.
