Rec'vd letter dated 12/21, with attached certified check, including water marks, written on Frost National Bank, San Antonio, TX. The letter stated I won $50K in a " Consumer Promotion Draw." They listed an entry slip serial number and stores involved in the promotion.indicated that $1,920 was " Tax Clearance", as drawing was held in the United Kingdom. The letter advises to contact person listed at telephone # listed to receive instructions "on your payment". Called number and it states "your account has been disabled. I believe I'm entitled to $50K as stated in letter.
