I received a letter with a check in the amount of $3437.49 from citi financial express company stating that I won $50,000. The check was for tax payment It says the tax officer is Mrs Teresa Morgan 9 clendon way, London united kingdom. I know that if it's too good to be true it is a scam so I did not deposit the check. This is so annoying and something should be done to stop these scam artists. The letter says ays to contact your payment handling officer Paul Anderson or david grant at 8889081003 for instructions on your payment. Of course I did not contact them because this a scam. I just want it to be known that this is being sent out.
