I ordered these two "samples" from these companies for $2.95 and $4.95. I received the bottles in the mail with no paperwork in the boxes, only the bottles. A month later, in December, my account was debited with the amounts of $99 and $89.63. I called both companies. Sheridan said that they would refund my money if I sent back their products, but would have to charge a "restocking fee" of $30 so that they would only refund me $69.00. Forever Flawless said they would refund the entire amount of $89.63 but they have yet to do it and it has been a month since I called them. Both of these companies are scammers. Sheridan has offices in the United States, but the money they ask for is sent to an account in Great Britain. I am having my bank's fraud division deal with them as it is an international as well as national problem. If you used a credit card, get your bank who issued it or the credit card company to go to bat for you. If you used your debit card, get your bank to get into the act and call them. Also, these scammers are saying that they were talked about on the Dr. Oz Show about their wonderful serums. Write a letter to the Dr. Oz Show complaining about these products also.
