This product was advertised as a free sample with shipping and postage of $4.95 to be charged on my credit card. With the package I never received any information identifying the company or the charge of $93.00 (Phoenix Labs) and $99.00 (Sheridan Labs) that was going to be billed to my credit card. There was no information that said that the product was under a 14 day grace period. The only item in the box was the face cream with NO explanation. It was not until I received a second delivery which I did not open because I still had no idea from where this product came. It was not until I received my credit card bill which showed the charge of 93.00 July 13 and another charge on 7/31. I called 877 599 2650 the # on my bill to find out who was charging my account. I spoke to Shane to discuss both Products one sent from the Phoenix Labs and the other from Sheridan Labs, separate amounts of $99.00 and 105.95. I complained to him of false advertisement and would send the unopened products back. He told me there is no guarantee of credit to my card for the unopened products. Plus, the companies will charge $20 for reshelving. I told him that I would have the condition of the products notarized before sending them and would be filing a formal complaint.
