I fell for the "sample" deal and ordered the samples. I made sure that I checked the "do not auto-ship", because it didn't tell how much the actual product would be. The sample came in December and I thought it would send a paper explaining the prices, but there were no papers in one and the other said I had to contact them if I didn't want anymore within 17 days - which I did. There was only an email address on it. They ignored my email and took money out of my account anyway. One was for $89.00 and the other was or $119.00! I have never gotten this product. I would never pay that for a skin care product for a one time thing - especially if they charge you every month! I emailed again, but to no avail. I tried calling the other, but got no help. I just now called and was told that their system is down and they couldn't help me.
I called my bank and they got the money back on 01/08, but there is now another pending charge from Forever Flawless for $98.00.
