I just wanted to drop a quick line to express my thanks and gratitude for the great service received at the Floors2go store in Aintree, Merseyside.
On Boxing Day, I reviewed the prices of laminate flooring on your web site and called Paul at your store in Aintree for assistance. He was really helpful both over the phone and in store when I met him on the same day. He arranged the fitting for me at my first available convenient date and called me back as promised to confirm all the details within the timescale stated.
The two fitters he arranged, Freddie and Matthew did an absolutely superb job of fitting the flooring on the day and even assisted in trimming the three doors that needed doing (not normally part of the floor laying price/service).
To be honest from start to finish, both Paul and the fitters far exceeded my expectations and all should be commended for their performance. All three are certainly great ambassadors for Floors2go.
