Having spent well over a thousand pounds on flooring at floors2go when it came Tony living room floor being replaced a went straight back and purchased enough signature plus White oak flooring to renew my living room through into my dining room, having chosen signature plus with a 25yr guarantee I was happy the quality would be good. Low and behold less than 2yrs in I have White edges appearing on the boards which receive most traffic, i contacted head office who told me to contact my store, this I did and they gave me the contact number of the area assessor. When the assessor came he said he would write a report and the store would contact me within a week, well surprise surprise they didn't so I rang them only to find that they hadn't received his report but said they would contact him, following his report the store manager contacted me saying his report was vague and he'd like to visit to inspect for himself, fine, he came agreed it had to be a manufacturing fault took some pics and said he'd get back to us! Guess what... He didn't! We contacted the store again to be told if we wanted any action to be taken we would need to employ an independent assessor to carry out moisture tests, chemical tests, the list goes on, when we asked where we would find such a person we were given a telephone no and were told here u go he charges £75, if he doesn't find in your favour we'll close the case!
Please don't waste your money on this company because once you've handed over your money they really couldnt give a stuff about you!
