After ordering flooring from Floors2go, I was told to order plenty, as I would have to wait for it to come in, I was also told, I could bring any unopened packs back and get a refund. After ordering plenty, we had three packs left, which I took back, and was told I could not return more than 10% of my order, even though customers were begging for it. Customer services were contacted, who contacted the store to ring me, round in a circle. Not a very good store to deal with
