In all the years that i've dealt with Paul @ KermaTdi, i've experianced great customer service. Even when i had an issue with an order, Paul went above and beyond to take care of me which is why i continue giving him my service. One example of his integrity is on my previous order. I ordered some maintenance items for my mk4 tdi GOLF, and when i spoke with Paul he happened to find a store credit that i had forgotten about from 2 years ago (the store credit was under one of my old email addresses on file). Paul was honest enough to let me know that i had the store credit which he applied to my order on top of un-beatable prices (in comparision to the other tdi vendors out there). I recommend this vendor for all your TDI needs and do not be afraid to hash out any issues with Paul (if any were to arise).
