Beware of the laminate store & first choice flooring! They work out of the same address at The Laminate Store in Dallas!
Not only have they not finished installing our floors, but they made a complete mess of our home AND refused to replace our damaged flooring!
DO NOT deal with this company, or you will be sorry!
I have already contacted the BBB about both The Laminate Store and First Choice Flooring (Their Sub-Contractors) and they told me not to expect a favorable outcome, because BOTH companys have an UNSATISFACTORY RATING because of unanswered complaints!
The Laminate Store is located in Dallas/Ft. Worth and is affiliated with The Laminate Store International, located in Florida and California.
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Deal with a reputable company who knows what they're doing!!
