I bought a couple of groupon vouchers for a photo montage, have placed my order and received an e-mail notification that my order is now in printing status. As I am planning to bring this photo montage overseas, I tried to call the customer service number to see if my order could be expedited, even if I had to pay a small fee.
Tried calling over 20 times in the last couple of days, noone ever picked up the phone. Had waited (at one point) for over an hour just listening to the annoying music, still nooone picked up the phone. Have sent e-mail enquiry, still no responses.
Do you even have a customer service? This is ridiculous!
