I ordered a personalized license plate frame via the internet. I received a confirmation of my order.
After two (2) weeks I sent an e-mail to check on the status of my order. There was no response. I tried calling the customer care telephone number, over a dozen times over a period of a couple of days and there were never any answers to the phone calls.
I reported this on-line fraud to my bank and they are going to credit my account and investigate this company. Obviously, if you don't want to get "ripped off"..."DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LICENSE PLATE FRAME.com!!!"
