I ordered a photo montage to bring overseas, have not received it to date. Have tried to ring 20 times over the last couple of days to get to customer service (if there was any!), but had to wait over an hour on the phone without anyone ever picking the phone up. Also sent an e-mail enquiry, but yet to receive a response as well. Is this a way of doing business?!!
