I recently placed an order Via Groupon with the online printing company, You Frame. I was advised that delivery, due to workload, would be 21 days from order. Despite contantly chasing them it eventually took 51 days to receive them. As these were for a birthday that passed weeks earlier they are now potentially not required. Having complained to Groupon I was advised to seek recompense from You Frame. I was told to basically go away, no chance! I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, there plenty others on the net that offer good value and service.
