I am furious with Collin County Pest Services (Wylie, TX). Someone referred them to me and I contacted the owner directly to set up service to come out and spray our house... We set up a date and a time and no one ever showed up! I called them five times and left two messages on the day of service and never received a single call back, message, or anything. We have roaches over two inches long and are dying to get them out of our house.By the time I realized that we have been Stood Up and Cannot rely on Collin County Pest Services, I tried calling several other companies, but it was too late to get someone out that day. If we want these roaches out of our house, I am going to have to take off half a day from work because Collin County Pest Services failed to have the decency to give us a call and let us know they would Not be showing up at All on our only day off.
I understand that things happen and problems arise, but to be that disrespectful and inconsiderate to not communicate with us at all is just unacceptable for someone running a business. If Collin County Pest Services is going to treat their customers this way, they should not be in business at All.
