I had a confirmed reservation for Collin County Cab to pick me up at 9:45am on Friday August 17. No one had showed up, or called to say they were running behind, so at 10am I called CCC. The "person" who answered the phone (male, did not provide a name), said that he did not know if anyone was coming, but if no one was on the way, they could have someone at my pick up location in 20 minutes. I told this "person" that I needed to know if someone was on the way or not. I did not have another 20 minutes to wait. This "person" then states: "If you need to get to the airport, then you need to get in your car and drive yourself." No apology, nothing. He could not even be bothered to check if anyone was already on the way.
I responded to the "confirmation" e-mail telling them how useless they were, and again, no apology. They could care LESS about actually working, as they are undependable, and have horrible attitudes. If you are needing car service, go anywhere else but Collin County Cab. They have an "F" rating on the Better Business Bureau for a reason.
