Hard to get them to fix satilite the wind moves it and they tell you its your computers fault. I had to hire computer tech at $140 an hour. My computer was down over a month and a half they came up with one excuse after another. They just didnt know how to turn it back on. I had to pay for that month and a half plus pay for the computer tech to come to my house. I spent hours on the phone several different times and the tech did also it turned out it was an error on there end they woudnt give a credit for anything. I had to pay for the tech 4 hours and the down time
