I was a recent customer that was treated unprofessionally by your staff at a local store in Beloit (#00882), which I found to be upsetting. Your Ast Manager L. Was on the phone with her manager complaining about an employee. I suggested to her that she should take the call elsewhere since she was find fault with an employee, instead of bashing her in front of customers. I was then ridiculed with a smart remark that she made to her manager on the phone and laughed at by her friend that was there. I will no longer shop at this store. I am ashamed to see that a company would hire management that would bash individuals in front of customers and treat customers in this manner. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
PS The Ast Manager was being loud on the phone and every customer could hear her complaints about the employee. Family dollar needs to inform management about confidentiality.
