Went into this store that is nice and close to my home. All the workers were chatting away, using profanity loudly. Not caring who was around them. Showing no respect for the customers in the store. The manager yelled "smoke break" and every employee proceeded to step outside, in front of the building to smoke which left me and at least 5 other customers standing at an unmanned register waiting for them to be done. Ridiculous!!! With so many people out of work i am sure this company could find other people to work here that may actually care about having a job and take pride in it as well. When the manager finally came in i noticed she was slovenly dressed, with holes in her pants and a stained shirt. Absolutley sickens me!!! In the past i have purchased many thing from this store and out of the last 10 times i have had 9 negative experiances there. This time i learned my lesson. I won't be back... So feel free to take all the smoke breaks you want! Tried to find a place on the FAMILY DOLLAR STORE WEBSITE that i could enter a complaint but there is none. I suppose it would always be jammed with negative remarks.
