I'd like to know why I am hearing managers swearing at their staff loud enough for customers to hear?
This morning, Wednesday March 10th, shortly after 8:00 am I caught a confrontation between the manager and his staff. It appears the manager was unhappy about something, and started to yell at his employee. The employee was asking the manager a question about scheduling, wen the manager lost his temper and began yelling. He then began using profanities, such as the the F word, etc. I then decided this is not the family-friendly restaurant it used to be when the previous manager ran it so well. I took my money and went elsewhere. As a customer, there is no need to hear that sort of language, nor is there any reason for your management to be belittling your staff or treating them with such disrespect. How unethical. Why on earth would you choose this new manager over the other one? Trade him back from whatever restaurant location you sent him to.
