Package shipped 12/17, delivery was to be 12/21-12/26. I called to find out why no pkg on 12/26. Was told they had po address when they should have had street addr. FedEx was going to tell me what fedex location I could go to pick up pkg. I am senior who does not drive so told them they could return to FootSmart as I would not be picking anything up. They said they could schedule another delivery. I gave them street address which is billing address and rescheduled for day I told them I would be in. I was in all day Friday, around 3pm I called Fedex only to find out they had delivered to leasing office which is another building. I waited all day listening for the door or phone call to buzz fedex in. No attempt was made to deliver pkg to me, they just left in leasing office, no one notified me of anything, just left me hear in doors all day wasting a whole day. Why would you drop off pkg to leasing office without making any attempt to deliver to addressee? Very disgusted with FedEx service and will make further complaints re this to others as nothing will be done about this. I know there have been other problems with some of my deliveries with FedEx, where they have called my apt. To say delivery, I buzz them in, they never show up to my apt. I find out later they delivered to leasing office. Leasing Office is in another building, why ring me to find out that I am in but you take my pkg to Leasing Office. What kind of moron does that? These people obviously don't care about making deliveries to proper person or customer satisfaction, just doing the least amount to receive paycheck.
