My complaint is the same as others on this site. I recently responded to an ad (allegedly with endorsements from Rachel Ray and Dr. Oz) to trial a 30-day supply of Pure Berry Max. I submitted my oder online. As others reported, there was no mention of any additional costs, other than the $4.95 for S&H. Before long, it became apparent to me that the product was useless. I thought that was the end of it. Today, as I was reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed a charge from them for $84.78 - a charge I had not authorized. When I called to get the charge reversed, I got nothing but attitude from the worker I spoke with. He claimed that the trial was not for free and that I was supposed to have called within 14 days if I did not want to continue to automatically receive more of this garbage! He also claimed that there was some other document (not exactly sure WHAT document it is) that had a check box that I was supposed to check if I didn't want the automatic shipments. I'd sure like to know where that box is - it is either one VERY well-kept secret or it is in the world's tiniest print. Regardless, I want my money back (and I think everyone else who has had this same experience should get theirs back, too.) At the very least, this company is deceptive; in reality, I think it is one big SCAM. They should not be allowed to remain in business.
