Billed for Unauthorized Sports Program and Nonexistent Contract Fee

I have been billed $29.99 per month for a Sports program I never authorized. They refuse to credit the fraudulent charges. Also, I am being charged a $200 fee for canceling a non-existent 2 year contract I never agreed to.
