I saw an internet ad for a Free Trial product endorsed by Rachel Ray called Acai Berry Cleanse and Acai Berry pills.
I ordered the two Free Trial products. I received the Acai Berry Cleanse pills two weeks later. I haven't yet received the Acai Berry pills. Both products had to be shipped separately and $4.95 was taken from my account twice.
Then, 2 days ago, I noticed $83.00 was deducted from my account from a company with the name of FastPure-Support. There was a telephone number, so I called it around 15 times yesterday and this morning about 4 times. "We're sorry, all circuits are busy... Bla, bla, bla.
There was also an address, FastPure-Support.com. I tried emailing and a message came back that it was unsendable.
I went to the Acai Berry site and chatted with a rep on the line and explained my problem. She claimed they didn't have my account number or address or name or anything. So, no help.
I saw someone elses same accusation on the internet and also saw your address, so, I decided to see if I could get help. Obviously, I am not the only one, but I guess they didn't contact you.
