I ordered the trial bottle of Pure Berry Max and was later charged $84.78 on my credit card. I called the company and was told there was not a free trial offer, that the advertisement clearly stated it was a membership and that I would be charged the full amount of the product. I was very careful when I read the advertisement and would NOT have ordered the product had there been any indication there would be automatic charges. I found it interesting that the confirmation email from Pure Berry Max defines "friendly fraud" and warns the consumer of the dangers of committing such fraud. Everything about this transaction was fraudulent.
