I just had a baby and saw this online add saying that I lose the baby fat in 90 days. I order a FREE trial supplement for ACAI-X3 and Natra Pure Colon Cleanser and I got the following Charges and NO PRODUCT TO TRY:

Due that I am mute I need to use a TTY relay service, they refuse to take the calls and hung up on me multiple times. I got a friend to call for me and they are saying that the product was delivered, that I did not canceled within the 12-day free trial, and that they billed me for the full amount of the product. I asked them to cancel the account and to refund the money but they refused and the customer rep laughed at my friend when she asked them to send the product!!!
What can I do? Help me PLEASE.
