This is the complainy i have sent to the company although who knows if they even answer these emails. I highly doubt it. My next step will be contacting the owner himself... Tom beyer. I have returned product with return authorization # on the box.in the box. Return address was on the box.in the box. And was returned within the 30 days stated in your return policy. You received the product on monday oct 29th according to the us postal services delivery verification slip. That is 60 days ago. Your return policy states up to 30 for processing and debit card would be credited. Its been 45 days since i have called seeing no one had started the return process according to your customer service. I have call 7 times now with the same answers. My return has been processed but no credit has been applied to my debit card!!! The last time i called i was told the transaction had been rejected with no reason as to why. I had lost my card between the time i returned the product and you receiving it. I gave them the new debit card #. Same account same bank. And was assured that that new card would be credited!!! The last 2 times i have
called i was assured i would receive a callback from a supervisor as to the isuue. No callbacks. My name is sean houghton. I live at (personal information removed). The return # is 111973252833256-sh. I expect a prompt resolution to my issue or the next step will be taken to get my money.
