I was browsing internet when a FREE TRIAL for Anana Stem Cellactiv appeared for a shipping fee of $2.99. I received the product October 16 and was charged $89.95 on Sunday October 21. I immediatedly called customer service which was closed on that Sunday but the recording clearly stated to please press # to stop any ONGOING or FUTURE payments so I did. I called customer service who advised me an RMA# and address to return. Product for FULL refund. The product was received at Ànana in Salt Lake City on Oct. 26 @ 11:08am. Since then I have spoke with approxiately 13 CS reps who have all hung up on me and given me a different answer each time. It is now November 20 and I still have not. Received my refund. So not only have they processed my return and have their product back to scam someone else the ALSO have my $89.95. Something has got to be done about this company. IT IS CLEARLY A SCAM AND IT IS A VERY WRONG AND CRUEL ACT BEING DONE TO innocent people.
