I found Anana Skin offer on the internet. They told that I have a great opportunity to get their product free trial for only $2.99 and I agreed. 15 days later they charged me total value of the product. It was a free trial but not for free. And I became to know that I would get billed and shipment every month automatically. So I called the company on November 13, and cancelled the automatic monthly shipment. But they got their product delivered and charged me $44.9 on December 7. I returned their product with RMA number and they didn't return the shipping fee. They shipped their product even after I cancelled the automatic shipment, so I don't think I have to pay the shipping fee. I called the company 20 times a week, and all the agents promised me to let the supervisor call me, but the supervisor never called me. I want to get the shipping fee $4.95 back. Thank you.
