After charging a 9.95 fee for delivery even though I backed out of submitting my payment infomration, I was delivered the supposed 14 day trial product after 10 days, and then charged another unauthorized 119.96 fee for a renewal (which was also never delivered) that they had tried to charge to my account even earlier and stated that they had recieved a denial - before the 14 day trial period. They refused a refund, said I could either ship said product back at my expense with a 20% restocking fee (I did not try the product, never had the chance, but even if I had - after I put my mouth on it they will re-stock? Really?) or recieve a 50% repayment and I would get to keep their product. I was speaking to a supervisor - Jeff - who was not only rude, but hung up on me halfway through the call. Also - the supposed refund would take up to 30 days to process - due to the lack of control over shipping time. Yet we are supposed to start the 14 day trial period and cancel 3 day's before it is up when they cannot guarantee shipping within 30 days? This whole company is a scam, again - I n ever submitted my information - I found a different company that I wanted to try and backed out of their screen, but now I am stuck with the cost until I can finish my complaint with the BBB as well as see what my bank can do to retrieve the charges. Do not deal with these people.
