"Free Trial" advertisement is absolute FRAUD. After being charged $4.95 for shipping and handling, a separate charge of $0.15 appears. Upon inquiry, no explanation is given. Two weeks later, a charge of $119.95 appears—you are now paying for the product that was supposed to be a "Free Trial." The prior $0.15 and the $3.60 that comes along with the $119.95 are transactional fees charged by banks outside the country, even though Regal Cigs is right here in the U.S. Only the $119.95 is refunded if you send the "Free Trial" package back at your own expense. None of this is even hinted at in the advertisement. They claim that it is buried in their "Terms in Conditions, " but I know I did not click any box saying that I read Terms and Conditions. If that was required, I would have read them and would not have bothered with this scam. I hope this place gets shut down and that the shady, greedy people behind it end up in the red.
