Called to report the a charge was on my granddaughter credit card without approval. She only paid the deposit for me to get the new services and made that clear at installation.
Called Dish and David took the call he was rude and when I asked to speak with his supervisor he transferred me to his voice mail. When I stated I needed to speak with a supervisor he started translating the contract to me.
I called back and April ID#FI8 answered and is handling the request professionally and with expectation that my granddaughter will receive a full refund once we provide the requested information. My granddaughter is a minor and in college. She ONLY AUTHORIZED the deposit ONLY.
I understand contracts but the account is in my name only and my granddaughter was proud to pay the deposit so that her nana could have cable. It is so unfair that people like David is so cold hearted and feel like it is his damn money. April great job.
