I ordered a computer online and unfortunately for ME, the seller shipped via Fedex.
I did not know when the package would arrive and missed it Friday. Then there was a Delivery Notice saying it would be delivered the next day, well I sat at home all day, there was a lot of things I needed to do, but I didn't leave home once, awaiting the package.
NOTHING, I rang and they said that it would still be delivered that day, and they would be out till 8pm, there went my dinner out. Waited, waited, no package.
Then online it said that the driver tried to deliver, that is an outright lie, there is not card, and I was home ALL DAY.
This driver should be fired, as he has lied about delivery, and now they expect me to stay home the rest of the next working day.
DO NOT USE FEDEX, they are unreliable, and worst they LIE.
