Hyundai stated that they would refund my deposit. I had corresponded with numerous individuals at the showroom. I have an email acknowledging that they would refund the deposit as well. To date they do not even returned my emails or phone calls. The reason I requested a refund that the advertisement stated 0.9 percent interest and when I went to the show room, they said it is not for this car, the advertisement stated all cars.
