I placed bid on a 3 1/2 star hotel and received a 3 star hotel. I called the hotel Radisson Ambassador in San Juan at 1-800-468-8512 and local number at 1-787-721-7300 which confirmed that they are only rated 3 star by AAA and that I should not expect 3 1/2 accomodations. The hotel was also rated 3 star by Hotwire.com and Kayak.com Priceline refused to issue refund based on this information and stated that there customers gave hotel high marks therefore they consider the hotel a 3 1/2 star hotel, they said that they do not care if the hotel was rated only 3 stars by AAA and that the hotel admits they are only 3 star. I am requesting a full refund from priceline, based on not getting the star level I requested. My reference # for this reservation with priceline is 146-480-880-03 and confirmation # 956vmpo
