Back in April of we made a $2,671.00 deposit on a fence for our home. As of June 28 we still do not have a fence or a refund. We received multiple phone calls from Mario stating that he would refund the money but he did not. I have filed a Civil Action against him but the sheriff is unable to locate him. If anyone has any information on how to contact Five Star Fencing or Mario, I would greatly appreciate it.
