Thought I was getting help from Apple, charged me a one time 9.99, then charged me 9.99 this month. Come to find out they are not what they say they are. Not only did I get ripped off they did not even help me with my issue and wanted an extra 80.00 to get to the problem. 20 minutes to get canceled.
