Its a scam. Led me to believe they are with Apple.
Called today for the first time. All I got was some furniture Store on one number. Next number after hold for 12 Minutes,
said they transfer me to tech support. Another hold for 6 Minutes. Just hung up.
Now 300.00 dollars later can not get help from At&t.
Unable to fix email because its apple.
Now 300.00 later Apple said can not help, need contract with them.
Now 300.00 later Mytechhelp is not helping. Did not have any problems to charge my credit card while we are talking
still on the phone.
