I called a phone number that was listed as Apple to get an iPad 2 repaired for my school. The person I spoke to presented himself as an Apple employee. He told me that Apple would renew the warranty for all of the iPads that were purchased at the same time as the broken iPad and fix the iPad for $199. Come to find out, it was sent to MyTechHelp. The technician at MyTechHelp finally admitted to me that they have been having this problem and sent the iPad back with no repairs. We cancelled the payment with our credit card company.
