I recently purchased a nice pair of boots at the Famous Footwear in Federal Way WA. I wore them for a couple of hours and realized they hurt my feet so I tried to return them. The assistant manager would not take them back because they had been worn. There was no damage to the boots, no scratched or scuffs, no reason that they could not resell them. The only thing that they had was a small amount of dirt in the tread from my walk from my car to my house. I ended up exchanging them but, I really feel like they should have refunded me my money. I will not be returning for this reason. I also felt like the staff was less than friendly and following me around while I was trying shoes on. Not happy at all with this store anymore.
