I ordered Santa Claus Letters two different times (five letters total) at $6.99 each. On October 5 I sent check # 6611 for 8.98 for one letter. This included $2.00 shipping and handling. On October 20th I ordered four more letters at $6.99 each. I sent $2.00 shipping. I now realize that I did not sent enough shipping, ; I should have sent $6.01 more. I recieved a bill for the balance for $10.98. I sent this in on check # 6636 on 12/05. Today, i received another bill for 6.99 more. I have already sent you $49.91 for $34.95 letters. I do not think i owe you any more money. I have been ordering from you since 2003. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANY THING ELSE FROM YOUR COMPANY!
