Famous Footwear has a policy it will not take any product with or without a receipt after 30 days. I purchased a pair of boots in November. I wore them 4 times and in January the seams had tore completely out. I showed the guy that there were no scuffs. The soles were completely new but he said because it was past 30 days there is nothing they can do. I asked why he didnt back the product they carry and he informed me they absolutely do for 30 days. I feel a pair of boots should last more than 30 days. If I spend $60. For a pair of shoes they should last far more than 4 times.
I definately will not ever go back to this store no matter how cheap they are I can spend my money at other companies that are more than happy to back their products for more than 30 days.
