I went into the store #2667 to buy my nephew a pair of sneakers. He lives out of town. I personally shipped the shoes to him. When he opened the box, there were two right shoes in it. The town in which she lives does not have a Famous Footwear. I was told by the associate that there was a Factory Brand shoe store 33 miles from where she lived. I am so upset because now that purchase has cost me shipping and her gas. The whole reason for buying my nephew the shoes in the first place was to help her out, not make it harder on her. I hate this because normally I am a famous footwear loyal customer. Please make this situation right for me and my sister.
