Not getting a credit charged for a returned product

I received a trial for a flawless face cream, after using the product for a week I emailed company that I could not use product because my face broke out, they responded and said they cancelled my order, a week later I received the order for the cream, while I was at the post office I called the company the girl said just send the boxed product back so I did. A month later I called to see when I would be received a credit, I spoke to a stephanie, she checked and said that I should be receiving a credit and if I didn't in the next 2 weeks to call again. I gave it a month I called and spoke to a sAM, she checked the records and said she did not find any notification of that she said she wanted to give me 35% of the products, I said no I couldn't use it please credit my account, she put me on hold came back and offered me a 50% discount again I said no I just want a credit minus the shipping charges, she said she would talk to a manager and call me back and then never did, that afternoon I called again talked to a Mai because Sam was busy, she again said nothing in the file that said product was returned, I explained the whole story to her again, she put me on hold, came back and said she needed a tracking number I said I don't have that because I was told to send the box back when I received it, she then said I can't help you without ti. I asked to talk to a manager and she said no that she would talk for me, I asked her again to talk to a manager and she said no. At this time I was so upset, I emailed the company the next morning and explained everything that has happened, this email was sent out on December 13th. As of today I have not had a response from my email nor a phone call.in the beginning when I would email this company they responded within that day but now that I want a refund I do not get any response at all. I feel this is poor customer service. I am not a liar I did send the product back per instruction from the individual who worked there, I did not get a name because I called from the post office when I received the product and she said just return it. My credit card was charged $94.90 on 10-1 I feel that I should receive a credit minus the shipping for $4.95. I hope they don't treat their other customers like that.
