I orderd a sample on August 15th. I received a confirmation email indicating i would receive the sample within 5-8 bussiness days. I never received the sample even today. I called them after the 8 days and a representative said i should give it a few more days as its an international package to Canada. Never have i received it until today. When i checked on my credit card transactions i discovered that on August 29 they deducted $79.29 from my credit card. A $1:59 was deducted as well for an international fee. When i called them to inquire why they took money from my credit card, they told me it was for the silk product. I did not understand how i would buy something that i dont know what it looks like as i never received the sample. It was conditional that i had to return the product once i receive it so as to get a refund. They gave me an RMA # and i paid $7:61 to ship it back. They said the mailing fee is none refundable. I mailed it back to them on September 15th and until today i have never gotten a refund. The customer service reps always tell me someone higher will call me back. When i request to talk to a manager, they tell me to hold on and then they hang up on me. When i send them an email, they write back telling me to call the customer service # who only tell you to wait for a call back. With the postage fee that i paid, i was guaranteed by the post office that the product will be in the USA to the address provided within 3 business days which means they already received it by now. I am so mad, i want to tell the whole world what they are doing to people. Any newspaper thats willing to publicize this can call me on (Personal Information Removed)
