I was charged on 8/7 for a shipment I didn't receive so I called the 800 number The woman I talked to said she would send another shipment but if I do received the one that was already sent and keep it it would only cost me $26.90. I said don't send me another shipment because honestly the product made be ill. Just refund my money.
Next thing I know I received a shipment. I did sent it back but not right away because I have a disability and couldn't get to the post office.
I checked my charge for this month and surprise I was charged 46.90 on 8/7 and then 20 days later I'm charged $26.90. I called again and got a man I really couldn't understand and had to keep asking him to talk slower and repeat himself.
I explained what happened and he kept putting me on hold. He finally said he was authorized to refund me $19.00, and that I have to pay for shipping for the shipment I didn't want. When I asked why I was charged for what I told them not to send he said because I didn't send it back right away I only had 30 days to send back what I didn't want. I asked for the supervisor because it's now over 1/2 hour that I've been on the phone and she was busy and I have to hold which was costing me more minutes on my cell phone. I told him I wouldn't wait and that I'll contact the Coroporate office.
